BIO
Daniel is the managing member and attorney at Vashon Law Firm. His practice ranges from employment litigation to business law, and includes an emphasis in discrimination, wage and hour claims, and labor law.
Daniel was born and raised in Tacoma and Lagos, Nigeria. Before opening Vashon Law Firm, Daniel practiced for years in Seattle. He has interned at the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission and worked at boutique litigation firms. Over the course of his legal career, he has represented unions in federal court and labor arbitrations, guided nonprofits and small business through formation and drafting contracts, and has helped hundreds of people to recover unpaid wages and remedy wrongful treatment.
Locally, Daniel is a Board Member of Vashon Household and involved with Salish Biochar. In his free time, he can be found sauntering around Vashon-Maury Island with his partner, Gedney Barclay, and their adorable dog, Buddy.
